Virus-Trojan-Malware removal service for local customers in the South Glamorgan only. To use the service the Computer or Laptop in question would have to be brought to us.
If you have them, Please bring your installation disks with you if you intend to use the service as I may need to reinstall the entire operating system.
We also need to know if there are any files on the PC or Laptop that you need to keep before we commence.
Costs vary depending on time taken, and also on which Disks need to be supplied to complete the task.
Operating System Disks
If you don't have operating system installation disks we can provide Replacements at an extra cost. Linux or Windows Operating Systems can be installed separately or together on most PCs
Security Software-Anti Virus
New Anti virus and Internet security software installations for local customers.
Internet security installation disks can be supplied as part of this service if needed
Free Anti Virus
Many Companies are offering free Anti Virus and Firewall Software. However whilst these Free Systems are fine for individuals who are computer literate, I would not recommend them if you are new to computing.
If you need to Install a free Anti Virus System you will need to do this yourself in most instances, as their License agreements normally inhibit Business use.
