Gericom Provide adequate support for their products in most instances. No problem finding the codes ive needed so far. If you do have any issues obtaining Gericom BIOS files then you will need to take any issues up with them. if your model was sold by another OEM maker then they will provide support for your product and not Gericom.
BIOS Replacement
If you need a replacement BIOS chip or flash ROM, you can buy from the Home Page or the Payment Page. We stock a good range of flash BIOS Chip's and sell them programmed or blank.
You can also send your own chip to us for reprogramming, which saves the cost of a replacement EEPROM.
