Averatec support is a new realm to me at the moment have only recently had requests to repair these machines. In some instances the model you need is not listed at the support site.
However the ROM files are available there for download for most of their machines and im sure if you contact them they could help with any that are missing from their website.
BIOS Reprogramming and Replacement
If you need a replacement BIOS chip or flash ROM, you can buy from the Home Page or the Payment Page. We stock a good range of flash BIOS Chip's and sell them programmed or blank.
You can also send your own chip to us for reprogramming, which saves the cost of a replacement EEPROM.
