SONY provide good support for their customers in most instances. Some files are available for immeadiate download from their web site.
Sony BIOS Replacement
If you need a replacement BIOS chip or flash ROM for a Sony machine, you can buy from the Home Page or the Payment Page.
We do not charge for BIOS codes they are provided free by the maker to you their customer. Any charge we make is for use of the programming service and providing a replacement EEPROM.

Depending on which machine you have I may or may not be able to help you. If you have backed up your rom file then I can certainly help if only by preparing another EEPROM for your machine.
In all most cases you have to download the traditional DOS update file and send it to me as you may be asked for your machines serial number before you will be allowed to download the required updates.
Some of their ROM files are simply unavailable in a format that I can use here.
