Toshiba support is adequate in most instances, although we do have issues with BIOS codes for some Toshiba machines.
Most BIOS Codes seem to be available and normaly have no trouble locating the BIOS updates for Toshiba Machines. In some cases the codes available do not actually restore the machine after a bad flash.
I suspect there is a subsystem in place which inhibits a third parties attempt to restore Toshiba machines. Of course this is only my opinion and may be unfounded.
We stock PLCC and common TSOP EEPROM's and are able to program and fit them.
If you have any trouble restoring a Toshiba machine using the codes available, then please take this issue up with Toshiba themselves.
